Private GP Consultations

I offer a prompt and friendly service for you and your family. You can book an appointment easily and quickly with no waiting times.

Immediate access to medical advice, treatment and care

Our goal is prompt care, whenever and wherever you need it. You can book an appointment type and time that suits you best. This can be over the telephone, virtually or in your home at a time to suit you.

No long waiting times

We can usually offer same day or next day appointments at a time that suits you best. No more waiting weeks to see a GP. Our telephone line is open 24/7 every day of the year, so you can call when it suits without the long holding times.

Build a relationship

You can see the same doctor every visit and build a trusted, long-term relationship. We will get to know you and your family, which means we will be able to offer a more personalised approach to your treatment and health.

Peace of mind

You can call for a wide range of medical concerns or worries that you might have. A medical worry is never a waste of time.

Prompt, expert care for the whole family

I offer a full range of GP services. You’ll benefit from consultations, prescriptions, blood tests, referral support, treatment and advice. If you need a full body health check-up, I can provide this for you or for any particular health concern you have.

Having the same doctor oversee your care from diagnosis to treatment can make all the difference in your medical journey. I can get to know you and your family, which means I can offer the best care.

You can call me if you are worried about an elderly family member, of course, I will follow privacy and confidentiality regulations, but I understand that sometimes elderly parents and grandparents need some help.

Similar to other GPs, I can see children and babies for health concerns and checkups. You may only need reassurance, so a telephone consultation may be all that’s needed but a clinic appointment is available on the same or the next day if needed.

There will be language and BSL interpretation available for all appointments if required, please let me know upon booking if this is something you need.

Menopause Care Package

We know how tough menopause can be. We offer a bespoke package to support you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will coming to Church Crescent Medical Practice affect NHS treatment I am currently having?

No, booking an appointment will not affect any other treatment you currently have. However, so I can offer the best personalised treatment, it would be helpful to let me know what treatment and what medication you take.

Are appointments confidential?

Yes, all appointments are confidential. I will only pass important medical information to an NHS professional with your permission.

Do you offer a walk-in service?

No, I do not offer a walk-in service. However, I may have short notice appointments available on the same day.

What happens if I need a test or scan?

If you need a referral for a test or scan, I can refer you privately or back to a NHS GP who will see you and arrange for an NHS referral. If you would like to be referred privately, you are welcome to choose your consultant and hospital, and we can discuss your preferences at the time.

What happens if I need to be referred to a Consultant?

If you need a referral to a consultant, I can refer you privately, or back to a NHS GP who will see you and arrange for an NHS referral. If you would like to be referred privately, you are welcome to choose your consultant and hospital, and we can discuss your preferences at the time.

How long is a private GP appointment?

A standard appointment is 20 minutes, but if needed a longer appointment can be booked.

Do you have access to my NHS records?

No, I am unable to access your NHS records. It would be very useful if you could provide me information of your medication history and current medication you take. This is so I can offer you the best medical treatment and care.

Can I bring a chaperone?

Yes. You will also be asked at the time of booking and again by Dr Sinha before any examination if you need a chaperone. We also encourage you to bring someone with you to the consultation if you feel you need any support. We welcome interaction from the patient’s family and friends to get to know them as a whole to treat them as best as we can.
