This may include non-medical treatments such as mindfulness, lifestyle coaching and nutrition. I will also discuss with you medical management and recent advances in treatment for genuinely personalised support.
These conditions can be physical and/ or mental, and having an unmanaged physical condition will likely cause a mental health problem such as anxiety, depression or lack of sleep. To ensure you are physically and mentally in the best possible way you can be, I look at your conditions holistically and how your medical symptoms can affect your emotions and relationships.
